This was the result :
I bought some cards in off white.
Then I had to figure out how to print them with my printer and get the text exactly where I wanted it. As I am a bit of a perfectionist, we are talking about millimeters here.
The first cards were colourful (as the last card in this page). I liked them, but they missed a bit of class. So I moved on with the search for the ultimate card.
I sought (and found) colours that best resembled silver and gold. That was quite the search and you best use some old paper, not the nice new cards.
When I was happy with the layout, I printed all the cards and began crocheting :

The variations are endless.
You can make them for any occasion : use a different text, print or stick a picture on the card and you can make a card for any occasion.
